Because they directly affect the financial results of insurance companies. Undue payment of compensation are a very important position, and operating costs are one of the factors determining the rates of increase in motor insurance. At the same time on the basis of own research presented in the context of the Central Statistical Office the author argues that the biggest threat is crime insurance to motor insurance. In the last chapter of this work the author puts forward the arguments that the development of strategies to combat crime insurance is associated with the need to analyze the threat that crime and calls for the current registration of insurance crime. It is also necessary to take account of insurance tasks in the fight against crime insurance, which include the obligation to provide the coordinating center to periodic reports.
